“I had a profoundly magical experience with Lorena during my Akashic Records reading in October 2019. “It’s been a month since the akashic records reading I had with Lorena where she formulated a flower essence remedy for me which I’ve been taking for about two weeks now.

“I hope you are doing great! Just wanted to give you an update on my experience so far with the flower essence therapy. It took a few weeks to arrive here in Canada so I’ve only been taking them about a week and a half now.

It’s arrival coincided with the Full Moon AND getting my Reiki Level 2 Attunement so I have been going through a big cleansing since then. With the flower essences specifically though I do feel like I’m less anxious and more energetic than I was before. I have felt my heart center open in certain moments that surprised me and I have felt more emotional at times, but not in a negative way. I feel more confident and less conscious of myself overall. I’m less irritable and reactive with my family (for the most part lol) and am able to check myself before I feel anger or resentment with them in the day-to-day. I have been working on clearing my sacral chakra blockages which I think the flowers have helped facilitate.

I have been clearing out a lot of clutter in my physical environment and organizing my belongings more, etc. Shortly after starting the flower essences, I realized that a business I had been trying to start with two old colleagues was not the right timing for me, which I had not wanted to admit to myself for a while. I made the decision to opt out for now and asked my partners for more time to sort out my own healing before embarking on our healing business together. I feel an immense relief with making the decision and being able to communicate it confidently to them. It went quite well overall and I’m at peace with it. I also had a conversation with my best friend that I have been putting off for years regarding our dynamic and the way she treats me. I’ve avoided it because I didn’t feel in my own power and standing my ground is difficult for me at times. When I placed my boundaries in a respectful way and opened up a dialogue with her about our friendship, it went quite well and I didn’t shy away from expressing my feelings.

The one thing I have noticed is my throat feels quite “thick” and like I can’t clear it properly. The timeline coincides with starting the essences and having these tough conversations. It may just be clearing out energetically so I will wait some more time. I’m not concerned about it but thought I would mention it.

I feel like I really needed this, and I’m glad it all worked out the way it did timeline-wise. Thank you Lorena for introducing me to your work and flower essences! It is amazing.
